We had a great trip to Disney this week to celebrate Sadie being home for 2 years! November 11 is the day we came home--hard to believe how fast time has gone and how much she has grown and changed. The best recent news is we are really, really close to being potty trained (at least during the day)! We're gearing up and looking forward to the holidays and poor Sadie who has been through numerous birthdays of her friends recently keeps asking if it's her turn to have a birthday! So, we're looking forward to that as well! Enjoy the pictures and stories below.
This was our first "character experience". Not so good. After waiting in line for 45 minutes talking about Pooh and Tigger and straining her neck to see them, Sadie buried her face in my neck and wouldn't look at them!!

This little girl really wanted to play with Sadie but Sadie's a hard sell...
In Minnie Mouse's house. It was crowded so we didn't get very good pictures but Sadie loved the microwave in the kitchen. When you pushed th button, it looked like popcorn was popping all over the microwave. She thought this was very cool!
While we waited for the parade they handed out hula hoops for all the kids to play with. Sadie thought this was too cool!
She was sort of getting the hang of it...she kept swinging it around her neck though!
The next day she did much better with Minnie and Daisy!

Leo was good...
Sadie loves Jo Jo on TV but something about her freaked her out here! I tried to get her to move on but Jo Jo really wanted her picture taken!
June is another Little Einstein...Saide was fine with her!

Goliath is Jo Jo's best friend. Sadie enjoyed seeing him as well!
Sadie wanted to see the parade a 2nd time so we went back to the Magic Kingdom and enjoyed a MIckey Mouse ice cream bar while waiting on the parade to start!

I got Sadie to "pose" a few times. Here we are in Frontierland!

All in all a nice first visit to Disney! It's good to live close and know you don't have to do everything in one trip!
And passed out at 5 p.m!
Sadie's not usually too in o Princess stuff but I think it's starting to change. She insisted on getting this hat and today we were looking at underwear and she wanted the Princess underwear. I guess it's inevitable because when you go to Disney everyone calls her "princess"! Those people are so smart!
