Sorry it's been so long since I've posted! We've had a rough couple of weeks with my Mom being in the hospital. Sadie had some nasty diarrhea last week so life has been a bit crazed lately! Sadie is doing great overall. She is talking up a storm. Loves to sing songs--especially in the car. She is counting--she sometimes misses a number or two but knows all the numbers up to 10. She is in a very affectionate stage--all the time coming up to me and saying, "hug?"
She is a pretty good girl...she has a little defiant look but overall does as she's asked most of the time. She is finally showing interest in the potty again just in the last few days after several weeks of refusing to sit on it! Hopefully that will continue and we can potty train for good soon! She enjoys her babies and her Mrs. Potato Head lately and has really gotten into play doh. Unfortunately I keep finding little pieces of it all over my carpet! Loves "cooking" for me--I seem to only have a diet of "shoup" and "pockee" (that's soup and coffee) which I am constantly forced to "taste".
Enjoy the pictures and more stories below!
Grandma's enjoying coloring while Sadie searches the cup for more crayons!

"Here Grandma, this is how you do it!"

I have a new hobby making hair clips for Sadie's hair!

We visited the zoo on MLK day with our friends. It was a perfect Florida Day--cool in the morning but warmed up to the 70s by noon. We had a great time!

Here Salay--we're going to go this way! (Aside--Sadie likes to tell me which way to go when we're in the car. She'll yell out "THIS WAY" or "THAT WAY" and point. Cracks me up!

Julie made these strawberry hats for the girls. They're so cute!

Hello, Mr. Giraffe!

Sadie, Lyla and Anna take some time out for a little ring around the rosie. Or "ashes, ashes" as Sadie calls it!

Lyla fought for some time to get Sadie to hold her hand but once she did Sadie drug her along!

Sweet...

Sadie enjoyed petting the goats!

Salay thought the goats were funny!

"Eww...mom--check out this lizard!"

Had to wear our strawberry hat again with the Dora pajamas...quite an ensemble!

Hmmm...let me pick out some new clothes for you Mom--you really need some!

Julie bought Sadie this t-ball set for her birthday! She loves it!

We need to work on her grip a bit more!

All about the play-doh lately!

Oops...busted...in Mommy's room messing with all her shoes!

Sadie likes things to be orderly!!!

Uncle Bob and Aunt Marty came in for a quick visit. "Aunt Marty, why does Uncle Bob keep tellig me to "eat more chikin?"

"Okay Uncle Bob, I'll smile for the camera with you since you just gave me all those Chik-Fil-A coupons!!!

Our friend Marcie had a birthday last week...here are the girls testing out the birthday cake!
